The galette des rois is a traditional French dessert served on the Epiphany. It is made of butter puff pastry, filled with frangipane. A wee charm is hidden inside ( non edible), whoever finds it becomes the King or Queen. It s best served warm, 10-15 minutes in the oven should be enough.
