PASTRY CHEF

In charge of the cake production, we expect from our pastry chef a minimum experience in baking/cooking. Besides making tartlets, cakes and traybakes you will also be doing croissants. 
A creative mind would be a great addition to our team, we always like to hear new ideas and offer new products.
The bakery operates 7 days a week, and require working on weekends on a rota basis. Shift start at 4 pm for 9 hours, 5 days a week.

BAKER OR ASSISTANT BAKER

To join our team of 9 bakers, you must have experience working as a baker. The role is focused on bread and pastries only. 
Shift starts at 6 pm and finish at 3 am, 5 days a week. Working overnight assure the freshness of our products and guarantee early delivery to our customers. 
We appreciate people with a good team spirit and a good sense of humour to join our friendly team. 

As assistant baker, we do not mind hearing from people with less experience as a baker, but highly motivated and with an ability to learn quickly. 

Picking/Packing - Bakery help

The role consists in helping to prepare the orders for our customers before they are delivered, and help cleaning the bakery after. The shifts start at 3 am, finishes between 8-10 am, 5 days a week.


Please note that our bakery is open 7 days a week, weekend off will be given on a rotation basis. We ask for a good english, reliable and hardworking person.

Located at 91 Leith walk, we always like to hear from highly motivated, polite and energic people, to join our friendly team.

The daily tasks include the preparation of sandwiches, dessert and hot drinks (coffee making experience required).

Good presentation and good English required, as well as a very good customer service (experience in hospitality is greatly appreciated).
